Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern the purchase, sale and use of products supplied or sold by SAVI ENTERPRISES through its website, quotations, invoices, direct orders and other authorised sales channels.

Last Updated: 17 August 2026

Please Read These Terms Carefully

By accessing our website, requesting a quotation, placing an order, making a payment or purchasing any product from SAVI ENTERPRISES, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms & Conditions.

These terms apply to machinery, food-service equipment, electrical or electronic products, accessories, spare parts, disposable products, induction-compatible products, Korean food products, ramen, noodles, beverages, consumables and any other goods offered by SAVI ENTERPRISES.

Product-specific conditions stated on a product page, quotation, proforma invoice, tax invoice, warranty document or written commercial agreement will form part of these Terms & Conditions.

Section 01

General Terms

SAVI ENTERPRISES may sell products through its website, offline sales channels, authorised representatives, quotations, invoices or other approved means.

By placing an order, the purchaser confirms that the information provided during the purchase process is complete, accurate and authorised.

Where these Terms & Conditions conflict with mandatory rights available to a customer under applicable law, such mandatory legal rights will continue to apply.

Section 02

Product Information

SAVI ENTERPRISES makes reasonable efforts to provide accurate information relating to product specifications, descriptions, photographs, dimensions, features, applications and other relevant product details.

Product photographs displayed on the website are provided for representation and identification. Minor differences in packaging, colour, design, labelling or appearance may occur due to manufacturer updates, packaging revisions, lighting, screen settings or production changes.

Customers should review the complete product description, specifications and compatibility requirements before placing an order.

Section 03

Product Availability

All products are offered subject to availability. Display of a product on the website does not necessarily guarantee immediate stock availability.

In cases where a product becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, SAVI ENTERPRISES may contact the customer regarding an alternative product, revised delivery period, back order or refund, as applicable.

Section 04

Prices, Taxes & Charges

Product prices may be displayed either inclusive or exclusive of applicable taxes depending on the product page, quotation or sales document.

The final amount payable may include:

  • Product price
  • Applicable GST or other statutory taxes
  • Delivery or freight charges
  • Installation charges, where applicable
  • Handling or packaging charges, where applicable
  • Other charges clearly communicated before purchase

For business purchases, the final commercial price and applicable taxes stated in the accepted quotation, proforma invoice or tax invoice will prevail.

Section 05

Quotations

Quotations issued by SAVI ENTERPRISES are valid only for the validity period stated on the respective quotation.

Prices, taxes, freight, availability and commercial conditions may change after the quotation validity period expires.

A quotation itself does not constitute confirmation of stock allocation unless specifically stated in writing.

Section 06

Orders & Order Acceptance

Submission of an online order, purchase request or payment does not automatically constitute final acceptance of an order in every circumstance.

An order may be subject to verification of payment, product availability, delivery location and any additional commercial requirements.

SAVI ENTERPRISES reserves the right to decline or cancel an order where permitted by law, including situations involving incorrect pricing, payment failure, stock unavailability, suspected fraudulent activity, incorrect customer information or an inability to fulfil the order.

Where payment has already been received for an order that cannot be accepted, the applicable amount will be processed in accordance with the relevant refund procedure.

Section 07

Payment Terms

Customers must make payment using the payment methods made available by SAVI ENTERPRISES at checkout or stated in the relevant quotation, invoice or payment instruction.

Orders may not be processed or dispatched until the required payment has been successfully received or verified.

The customer is responsible for ensuring that the payment information provided is accurate and that the payment method is authorised for use.

Any additional payment terms for business, institutional, bulk or commercial orders will be specified separately in writing.

Section 08

Shipping & Delivery

Delivery availability, estimated dispatch time, transportation method and applicable shipping charges may vary depending on the product, quantity, delivery location and logistics provider.

Any delivery date or timeline communicated by SAVI ENTERPRISES is an estimate unless expressly confirmed otherwise in writing.

Delays may occur due to transport conditions, courier operations, weather, public holidays, government restrictions, supply chain issues or circumstances outside reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and correct delivery address, PIN code, telephone number and recipient information.

Section 09

Inspection at the Time of Delivery

Customers should inspect the external packaging and product condition as soon as reasonably possible after delivery.

If the parcel appears damaged, opened, tampered with or materially different from the order, customers should document the condition through photographs and/or video before installation or use and contact SAVI ENTERPRISES promptly.

Recommended for Damage Claims Where practical, customers should record a clear unboxing video showing the sealed parcel, shipping label, outer packaging and product condition. This can assist in assessing transit damage or incorrect-product claims.
Section 10

Installation & Setup

Certain products may require correct installation, electrical connection, water connection, calibration, setup or commissioning before use.

Customers must follow the manufacturer’s operating instructions and any installation guidance supplied with the product.

Where professional installation is recommended, customers should not attempt installation or modification that may create safety risks, product damage or operating problems.

Installation services, where available, may be subject to separate charges and conditions.

Section 11

Equipment & Machine Usage

Commercial equipment and machines must be operated according to their intended purpose, specifications, operating instructions and safety requirements.

The purchaser is responsible for ensuring that:

  • The product is operated using the required voltage and electrical supply.
  • Installation conditions are suitable for the equipment.
  • The appropriate water, power or other utility connections are available where required.
  • Staff or operators receive appropriate instructions before operating commercial equipment.
  • The product is cleaned, maintained and used according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
Section 12

Food, Beverages & Consumable Products

Customers purchasing food products, ramen, noodles, beverages or other consumable goods should check the product label, ingredients, allergen information, preparation instructions, storage requirements and expiry or best-before information before use or consumption.

Products must be stored in accordance with the instructions printed on the packaging.

Customers with allergies, dietary restrictions or health-related concerns should review the product packaging carefully before consumption.

Food Product Returns Due to food safety and hygiene considerations, opened or used food and beverage products may not be eligible for return except where required by applicable law or where the product is defective, damaged, expired at delivery or incorrectly supplied.
Section 13

Returns & Replacement

Return or replacement eligibility depends on the nature of the product, its condition, reason for return and any product-specific terms communicated at the time of purchase.

Customers requesting a return or replacement may be required to provide:

  • Order number or invoice
  • Customer name and contact details
  • Description of the issue
  • Clear photographs or video
  • Serial number, model number or batch information
  • Original packaging where reasonably required

Products should not be returned without first contacting SAVI ENTERPRISES and receiving the applicable return instructions.

Nothing in this section limits any statutory remedy or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Section 14

Refunds

Where a refund is approved, it will ordinarily be processed using an appropriate payment method and subject to the applicable payment provider and banking processing timelines.

Shipping, installation, handling or other charges may be refundable or non-refundable depending upon the circumstances of the order, reason for refund and applicable law.

Detailed refund conditions may also be stated in the applicable Return & Refund Policy, quotation or invoice.

Section 15

Order Cancellation

Customers seeking to cancel an order should contact SAVI ENTERPRISES as soon as possible.

Cancellation may depend on whether the order has already been confirmed, customised, processed, packed, dispatched or delivered.

Special-order, imported-on-request, customised or specifically procured products may be subject to separate cancellation conditions communicated before purchase.

Section 16

Warranty

Warranty availability, duration and coverage may differ from one product to another.

The applicable warranty for a product will be the warranty stated in the product documentation, quotation, invoice or other written warranty communication supplied with that purchase.

Unless covered under an applicable warranty or required by law, warranty support may not cover damage resulting from:

  • Accident or physical damage
  • Improper handling or misuse
  • Incorrect installation
  • Unauthorised repair or modification
  • Incorrect voltage or electrical conditions
  • Water, fire or environmental damage
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Failure to follow operating instructions
  • Use outside the intended application
Section 17

Technical Support & After-Sales Service

Where applicable, SAVI ENTERPRISES may provide product guidance, troubleshooting assistance, installation support or other after-sales assistance.

Availability and scope of technical support may differ depending on the product, location, manufacturer requirements and applicable commercial terms.

On-site service, replacement parts, labour, transportation or technician visits may involve additional charges unless specifically included in the applicable warranty or sales agreement.

Section 18

Spare Parts & Accessories

Availability of spare parts, consumables and accessories is subject to stock availability, manufacturer supply and product compatibility.

Customers should confirm the product model and required part before ordering a replacement component or accessory.

Section 19

Business & Bulk Orders

Commercial, wholesale, institutional or bulk orders may be subject to additional terms relating to minimum quantities, payment schedules, freight, delivery, installation, project timelines, warranty and after-sales support.

Where a separate quotation, purchase order, contract or written commercial agreement exists, the specific commercial conditions in that document will apply to that transaction.

Section 20

Resale & Commercial Use

Purchase of a product does not automatically appoint the purchaser as an authorised dealer, distributor, agent, franchisee or representative of SAVI ENTERPRISES or any associated manufacturer or brand.

Any authorised distribution or reseller relationship must be confirmed separately in writing.

Section 21

Product Safety

Customers must use products only for their intended applications and must follow all applicable operating, installation, handling and safety instructions.

Electrical equipment should be operated only with compatible electrical systems and suitable protective arrangements.

Customers should discontinue use and contact SAVI ENTERPRISES or an appropriate qualified technician if equipment displays an abnormal condition that may present a safety concern.

Section 22

Intellectual Property

Website content, product page layouts, written material, photographs, graphics, branding and other original content belonging to SAVI ENTERPRISES may not be copied, republished, distributed or commercially exploited without appropriate permission.

Product names, trademarks and brand names belonging to third-party manufacturers remain the property of their respective owners.

Section 23

Website Use

Users must not attempt to interfere with the normal operation or security of the SAVI ENTERPRISES website.

The website must not be used for fraudulent, illegal, abusive or unauthorised activity.

SAVI ENTERPRISES may restrict website access where reasonably necessary for security, maintenance or protection against misuse.

Section 24

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SAVI ENTERPRISES will not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising solely from improper installation, misuse, unauthorised modification, failure to follow operating instructions or use of a product outside its intended application.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude or limit liability or statutory rights where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

Section 25

Force Majeure

SAVI ENTERPRISES will not be responsible for delays or failure to perform an obligation where performance is prevented or materially affected by circumstances beyond reasonable control.

Such circumstances may include natural disasters, severe weather, transportation disruptions, strikes, government restrictions, war, civil disturbance, pandemic-related restrictions, supplier interruption, import delays or other comparable events.

Section 26

Privacy & Customer Information

Customer information collected during enquiries, quotation requests, orders, payments, deliveries and after-sales communication will be handled in accordance with the applicable SAVI ENTERPRISES Privacy Policy and applicable law.

Customers should refer to the Privacy Policy for further information regarding the collection, use and handling of personal information.

Section 27

Complaints & Customer Support

Customers with an order, product, delivery, warranty or service concern should contact SAVI ENTERPRISES with sufficient information to identify and assess the matter.

Please include your invoice or order details, contact information and a clear description of the issue wherever available.

Section 28

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of India.

Any dispute will be handled subject to applicable statutory rights, dispute-resolution mechanisms and the jurisdiction that is legally applicable to the relevant transaction.

Section 29

Severability

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.

Section 30

Changes to These Terms

SAVI ENTERPRISES may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in products, business operations, website functionality, commercial policies or applicable requirements.

The latest version published on the website will display its applicable update date.

Terms applicable to an already-confirmed order will remain subject to the conditions applicable to that transaction and any mandatory legal requirements.
